★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a hitachi inverter refrigerator on 28 dec 2017. I will rate it zero if possible. It was very noisy similar to air con compresssor. Db noise level 45 above .The freezer can not freeze ice cream. Ice cream remain soft. I have made complaint to the shop on the second day after receiving the fridge. They send hitachi technician after a week. The technician noted the problem but hitachi refuse to replace. They just want to repair compressor not replace a new fridge. Of course i refused to repair my new fridge. They said it is normal for inverter fridge to make sound like an air-con compressor. Until now 20 jan 2018. Problem still the same. Avoid hitachi product. Very poor servis. Very noisy refrigerator. Very dissapointed and regret this purchase. I wasted Rm1,450 for a very noisy fridge and the sound is disturbing. You can hear the noise even from outside the house. The situation become worse at night because you can hear the noise from the fridge even louder. This will be my last purchase from hitachi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after-sales service ever!!! Reported last friday, they mentioned to allow 3 working days but no technician call. On the third day, we called again, they said will followup and no one attend again. On the forth day, we call again and still no reply. They are sleeping on it. Worst ever service. My fridge compressor failed to work and all my food spoilt and imagine having these kind of service. Will never buy Hitachi appliance anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. No return call by technician last Wed, 15/12 as promised. Worse, just called again and found out spare part will take 1-2 months to arrive from Thailand. Won't be buying Hitachi products again.

Technicians don’t call and response properly despite saying they will call. Have to call multiple times to get a response.
After months still issue not resolved. My issue with aircond still not fixed after 2 months from my complain date.
Have never face a worse customer service than this. Truly disappointed.
I think people should boycott hitachi products in malaysia until their after sales customer service improves.
