If not for the effort of the low-level staff, it would have been given a one-star rating. When there was an issue about length of stay (it considered a stay from Sunday afternoon to Sunday afternoon as eight days, rather than seven days as practised by short-term accommodations in the travel industry), it did not attempt to reach the only official contact person whose numbers were stated on the registration form. When a clarification was sought upon hearing this, the only answer from Attia was "ok". Then it ignored the instruction that any balance payment would be made by the only official contact person remotely. After checkout, when pressed for an answer over the phone, the supervisor hanged up twice without replying. The third time, when given the Attia Whatsapp number with which all the text communications had been done, she said she did not know whose number it was. What? A supervisor who refused to recognize past communications with Attia? Did she know all such communications were recorded by customers? Emailed Attia after that to request for an explanation. There was complete silence for more than two days. When this review is submitted, there is still no reply. Among the nursing homes I have visited, this probably has one of the best and newest buildings. But sadly, the high-level staff are clearly below par, worse than all others I have interacted with.

Fairly well run old folks home. 3 floors with single, twin sharing, triple and quadruple rooms. One of the very few homes in Ipoh with in-house nurses 24 hours a day.

Nice place however like what other commentator had mentioned , the staff is below par . The only Chinese staff there is bossy and proud. Not sure why the center still hires her . She acted as she was the boss , but true fact is she just a cook. She likes to swear unpleasant vulgarity words. Patients there told me she from Tanjong Rambutan . One nurse against 7-8 patients. Very understaff .

Min to commit is two months. They will not refund your deposit even you stayed for one month. High turnover rate of patients as the patients couldn't tahan the service but have no choice to get thru two months because the deposit will be forfeited should you choose to leave early. Expensive rental but the meals are those cheap dory fish, chicken vege and eggs everyday for the elderly. All halal food. The food is not nice either. Chicken stock cube is used in their blended diet. Not suitable for elderly patients. They will charge you for every service such as tube feeding, wounds dressing, hospital bed, phlegm suction etc. But you have to buy your own medical supplies. Even a cheap toilet roll in each patients room, they will not provide either. They are seriously lack of nurse staff. Like the Chinese saying 好看不好住。 Most of the staff there are foreign workers. They are quite all right. But Beware of the only Chinese old lady staff there who is a cook . She is uncivilized and vulgarity is her forte. 听说她曾经住过神经病病院

Just want to share my friend experience staying here for a month. Unfortunately, she find out the service provided here was out of her expectation. The rental and service charges is not cheap but we feel not worth to pay for so expensive with this service. Not only have that, the food serving not quality, the environment is dirty and during midnight could hear their staff quarrelled. There is one night, one aunty accidentally fall and she press the emergency button to get the staff to help her. Unfortunately, none of the staff come over to help the aunty and luckily someone run all the way down to seek for the staff help. She also realized the employees in this nursing home are not discipline and most of the time she need to beg them for any help. Anyways, my friend staying here because she accidentally broke her leg and thought of staying here for faster recovery. Lastly, I’m here not to condemn the centre, just sharing my friend experience staying in this Nursing Home. Lastly, I hope the operator manager of this Nursing Home (Ipoh Branch) will improve their service and provide training for their employee. (Sorry for giving one Star)

I’m having terrible experience with the Chinese manager , who talk in attitude, arrogance and are very rude in her behavior. Showing disrespect to patients and visitors . Highly NOT recommended .

Pro : Satisfied in terms of cleanliness, care and comfort at this place. Food are subjective, though for few months there my mom didn't complain. There's even doctor drop by for general checkups. The foreign worker who take direct care of patients and nurses are patient, helpful and friendly. Con : There's no real person of authority managing this place. Therefore, front desk staff often misused their authority & down right rude to visitor. Making the visitation time unpleasant. Just a word of CAUTION of the Chinese lady who works there. She is not the manager (she will give the impression that she is) but mainly acts as a chinese communicator. She pushes you to buy unsuitable, over priced product and services purely for personal gain! Truly unethical & unprofessional. Any suggestions given by her is best to double check with the nurses. It's a wonder why the owner still keep her despite so many has complained about her?! Really giving the centre a bad reputation.
