I left something there one time and I got a call to let me know this gesture deserves notice as caring attitudes give you such a wonderful feeling thank you keep up the good work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been buying from them for at least 5 years. Prices are reasonable and service is decent but occasionally I get the wrong items, which is hard to change as I am from out of town. However, I was really upset with them when I last went to their shop around Chinese New Year. I was shortchanged as one of the boxes of medication had only 1 slab vs 2. It was also marked X. A relative later went to ask for the missing slab with the box and receipt in hand. The staff including the supervisor refused. I was also on the phone with them. When asked why was the box marked X, they did admit that usually a piece has been taken out. However, they still refused to provide the missing slab. Really?! It’s less than RM10 and it’s not some expensive medication. Some integrity issues here. So please check all your items if you want to buy from them. Never know what may come short. I am done with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clerk's knowledge of medicine is amazing. Even if you don't have the item, you can order it and let us know by phone when the item arrives. We are careful to maintain an appropriate distance even during the MCO period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick other pharmacies. Went to get metoclopramide/antiemetics, was given a foil of contraceptive pills. Went to change but wasn't allowed. Customer service sucks, and I didn't even receive explanations on how to take the meds. Dislike dislike dislike
