β β β β β We wanted to walk-in but reservation must be made online through call/WhatsApp. Unfortunately telco line is not so strong also in Gopeng.
I will still give 4 stars because we had a wonderful experience with the instructor.
Things they can improve:
Allow walk-in reservation, having an on site admin office can be helpful as well

β β β β β Excellent customer service. Friendly & professional. They sure know their stuff. We took the leisure trail which was a 2hrs++ ride on & off road. Love every minute of it. Highly recommended.

β β β β β 1. Booking - was made easy and simple via whatsapp. They got back to my queries in a timely manner. You are required to pay 50% deposit to secure your booking.
2. Location - Gopeng; a small town between Ipoh and KL (for scale references). They are located very close to Gopeng tollway exit, about 10 mins drive. We booked a stay at a nature resort close by. There are several resorts/retreat places you can check out at this area (please be prepared to drive up on some narrow roads - not recommended to drive at night if itβs your first time there).
3. Parking - You will be directed by the team to park at Warong P. Ramlee @ The Kandu and walk to their HQ (2-3 mins walk).
4. Guides - We were assigned 2 guides. They gave us safety briefings and how to handle the ATVs before starting our session. They were super attentive, helpful and friendly! One of our Non-Malaysian friend had slight language barrier but we managed to translate everything needed to her. Please plan ahead and ask them in case you need an English speaking guide. Thank you Wan and Akmal for your help, we had so much fun!
5. Route - We took the Leisure Trail (2 hrs) with no expectation on how itβll be. We went through Kampung Orang Asli, towards a shallow stream, then to Gunung Tempurung before heading back to where we started. It rained the night before our ride, so there were puddles everywhere and the stream was muddier but honestly that was the most exciting part of our journey! We got some beautiful shots throughout our ride as well.
6. Weather - Hot, but what is an ATV ride in the nature without getting a little tanned? Get your sunscreen and sunnies out and enjoy the ride!
It was an enjoyable and memorable experience overall! We definitely had so much fun at ATV Gopeng.

β β β β β Friendly and professional guide. They make those inexperienced with atv comfortable. They also guided customers to take good picture with the signature nice background. They becomes your photographer voluntarily (you know some place charge for picture)
Fun ride really suitable for beginner or first timer and at the same time itβs not just a boring fun ride. There are some challenging checkpoint for beginner but it's actually give us teaser to try the challenging package soon.
Recommendation: provide go pro rental.
