★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason I choose 1 star is because there is no 0 star option... Worst service centre ever, u called the front desk, they will tell u person incharge will call u back, but they will never call u back..leave message in whatsapp for the person incharge and they read and never reply me even just 1 message. The person incharge name fawis will only pick up ur call for the first time.. and will never call u back unless he want to find u, otherwise there is no chance u finding him or want him to pick call, car been delayed, car status will never be updated.. slow service, reception that will never solve your problem. Everything need wait the guy name fawis, and he will never ever reply u or pick up ur call. The only chance U will get update is when he want to call u. However my car has done inspection, but it took me call them hundred times to get result that I want separately, information not cleared and no response up to 48 hours. For the guy name fawis. They only let u approach that guy for ur car information. Which the guy never ever pick up ur call. Good job euromobil. What an impressive service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and friendly staff. They even accept Grey Imports / Recond Audi for service, maintenance and repairs... But you'd have to fork out 40% extra on the final bill for this privilege. Considering it's 2-year Warranty on parts and labour, I think the extra 40% is well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a much better managed Euromobil "Audi 5S" centre than the one in Glenmarie, which is to be avoided at all cost! One thing is pretty clear to me, Euromobil doesnt provide sufficient customer training skills to their S.A and counter staff well enough to deliver a good customer experience for such a global brand from Germany. But, if you decide to buy an Audi, you'll have to live to accept this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad overall experience with Euromobil. My car was in Audi KL SC for 2 months, the staffs there have zero customer service. My advise is stay away from Audi in Malaysia, better to buy from grey importers!

1) you as customer need to continuously check on them for the car status.. this is the biggest frustration!
2) make sure you prepare to wait for days before getting your car.
They get the job done but you need to push for results.
