A special appreciation to Ms. Aileen for going the extra mile to assist me with the Toyota Drive app issue. I would definitely send my car to this service center, if it is near my home. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought our hilux here. So far, quite happy with Ikmal (the Salesman) for the tiptop follow up and after sales service. Seconds to Service Advisor Wan, who really gave extraordinary friendly advise. Eventhough I have to drive 80km to get here, I felt comfortable with their team who fully understands customer needs. I prefer here because they always gave service vouchers as well.
Other Service Centers for me (personally) bad at this because they pushed you for unnecessary service and incur extra charges
Still tiptop service after finished my warranty (mileages over 150k)

the customer to collect it @ a designated time. Parts a bit expensive but
reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is ok. My car was bought from here, and i have serviced it here a few times, and each time the service quality was good and the process was smooth.
However, when they recommend car maintenance services, they are a bit lacking in honesty, and they might add on some services that your car does not actually need. If you have no knowledge about cars, maybe you will spend RM30-100 extra on servicing, because you just take their recommended services without knowing if you really need it.

Staff took my car for an 11km joyride. Nobody took the mileage together with me during handover.
Car was filthy and even paint stain when I received back.
Toyota still investigating. Its not a professional toyota outfit
Also concur with previous review by Phyllis that the person answering their calls is unprofessional and not trained to deal with customers.
