Ms. Cassie was very helpful and always answered our questions, so we were able to apply for a visa and arrive in the UK within 1 month. She is super attentive and provided all the information needed for both uni and visa application. As I was in UK that time, Cassie would also reply to my messages even after business hours which I really appreciate it. Thank you AUG and Cassie so much :D
