★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You would want to go here if : - This is your first time renting - You don't want to think too much about documentation and housekeeping - The outrageous pricing seems fine for you because you're living with other mmu students. You wouldn't want to go here if: - You cant stand the outrageous pricing ( up to RM760/month per room and fixed price of RM60/month for carpark ) - You can live with non MMU students ( you can save plenty of money if you can ) - You can do housekeeping and setup your own internet by yourself Basically if you know how to housekeeping , manage bill payments , dont go to this hostel . If you don't want to think too much about getting a place , yeah ... this is place for you . I gotta give the agent a thumbs up tho , if got any problems , they will resolve it asap ( eventhough it can take days but asap is asap ). Just note that some rooms including the most expensive ones can get a little claustrophobic ( simple note )
