for the following:
1. Prompt action on complaints (tried and tested in Jan2018)
2. Responsible and trustworthy
3. Gave me, as a parent, great assurance that the well being of my daughter will be their priority
4. Receptive to feedback and suggestions
5. Professional in their handling of issues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UJ Hostel . Very bad experience. They dont provide facilities as they promise. Once agreement is done they change. They don’t allow u to complain even , if u complain they punish one by shifting to a worse plc than before. And leave one helpless as bound cause of a year contract. Rude and ill mannered Agent. Don’t believe on pictures on website. Many other Agencies with better services. They r highly over-priced and above all its thr attitude. Dont leave ur child helpless with them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rates are especially overpriced, can find other agents with reasonable rates.
The agents are very sarcastic and rude.
If any damage has been done, there strictly won't be compensation for your loss, so be careful.
Do not get on their bad side or else you'll be treated badly :)
Honest review from my experience and I hope there will be better customer service in the near future :)
Reply:- it's okay, it happened awhile ago, I was rudely told there won't be any compensation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unit rented was very filthy. Floor with visible water mark and sticky. All the tops are covered with a layer of dust. Unwanted items and rubbish from previous tenant(s) were not cleared. Black mold can be seen in kitchen area. Poor poor management...
