โ โ โ โ โ The bad experience ever I had for just a simple service wash and blow !!! You charge the same as the saloon around lakefield , but ur staff the two girls seriously they dont have skill at all to blow and set my hair . Dont talk about hair texture , just see the way they hold the hairdryer and the way they use the comb to blow . It will show you where is their level!!!! I am not saying they are bad but as a boss / leader you should teach or provide classes/ training. Dont for money just take staff without experience to cut cost!!! Seriously I will never go or recommend your saloon to anyone !

โ โ โ โ โ The senior make the hair style and color that I wan for long? really love my hairstyle and color right now~ its the best service ever I had experienced for saloon with complimentary drinks and even caters for your cold~Soo sweet~~ Washing and blowing is good as well with nice curve hair service๏ฝExtra highlight: Boss is friendly and handsome too, kindly require for senior boss service!!!

โ โ โ โ โ bad customer service..I pay expensive rate RM450. I come early, let them know, my hair shape wish bla..bla...and then, in the process, I didn't notice I'm on the hold, which so much long hours till shop almost close, I realized in the evening when I am the last customer. they will assist other customer after you, keep replacing. end up...no apologizing and be defensive from owner. I feel more mad when at home when I noticed, a few hair is still frizzy and the result for overall are not as worth for what I pay.
The next day, the owner repair back my hair for "free", he should pay my grab as well after give me such a trouble. He cut my hair very short, and ugly different shape and poke my head in hard way as a protests. he really rude and I would not come back there anymore..
not worth it. I'm not forgive all of them for what happen.
Super bad experience.
