★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad services from both Nicholas and May, they both has no qualification or any certification, couldn’t even dress appropriately for work, being all sassy but couldn’t understand simple instructions. No wonder they closed down and reopened 3 times at different locations.
Proceeds to cut my hair wrongly and has the audacity to yell and talk sarcastically with me. Then after Nicholas turned the dryer to max heat and blow directly on my scalp. He then progressed the situation by throwing insults such as “your education is trash” and kept blaming me. He also stated that “it is only RM30 haircut what did you expect”. May thought it was a good idea to slam the door on me but only resulted to the intervention of police officers.
