★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actions speaks louder than words. This phrase is not applicable at all to this company. My friend has paid bunch of money to this company as they guarantee that they can get the visa easily as they have connection with the embassy.
However, when he cancel his request, the company has promised to pay the full amount of money back to him but after a while they have lost in touch with my friend. So we send numbers of follow up such as call and email with them to know the update of this case. After a while, they said he can refund 50% of the money that has been paid. At the end of the day which is few days back they update us saying that only 20% can be refunded.
Looking at the way they organizing things clearly show that the company don’t have any idea on how they themselves manage a request from a customer so how do you expect them to handle your visa application where you can handle it yourself without paying them a lot of money.
