★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impolite and unprofessional staff, nonstop chit chatting. Although customer asked for assistance, they just told customer to "wait", then continue chit chat (pretty sure it wasnt urgent issue!). Never pay attention to customer needs.

I was working.. so I ordered thru GrabFood,
my order was cancelled due to unavailability
they call me regarding this
but I couldn't answer the phone
so I called them again tried to fit in another order.
They assisted me really well and
voila!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bough a partially went sour pandan layer cake today. part of the cake went sour at the inner layer. unfortunately i didnt taste test before feeding the entire family included a 4 year old toodle. now that i only can pray hard everyones stomach do not go wrong. admin if u sees this feedback, pls discard the same batch panda layer cake just incase other customer eat it. I was trying to call ur shop to inform, unfortunately no one answer the phone call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently order a Musang Durian Cake for my own birthday and when the cake reached we eat on the same day it is not fresh at all. It seems like the cake already put in the fridge for 2-3 days and it very expensive RM 160 not worth paying for a Busuk cake. I text them and they decided dont want to reply or compensate me anything. This is my 3rd time buy from this shop and this is also my last. Dishonesty , not fresh and spoiled cake
