★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought one piece of bread which stated Rm3.30 per piece but the cashier charged me Rm3.80 and he told me there is sales tax. I forgot to ask for a receipt and I wondered is their SST above 6% ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They serve cold, lousy bread.. I asked the counter why the bread is cold, they replied "Is like that one, nothing i can do...". Super bad experience, Super over priced & the price shown not included tax!! I will never buy frm them again. Their business seems bad too even on sunday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide selection but bread was not up to expectations, parkson card has 10 percent off the tap. Testing item should have toothpick on it for hygiene purposes. The helper at the cashier was not friendly at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i love their bread so much, especially the hawaii & potato one which look like pizza!! the texture of the bread is the one I loved.~~ cheras leisure outlet got more variety of bread but service not so good ( I have visited them > 10 times cos near to home by mrt). IOI city mall seems like lesser choice but better service. 1st time I visit Hogan and got a free pc of cake yesterday (from Hogan @ IOI city mall).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here yesterday for great coffee and accepted my parkson card for discount. Today came here for one more time but told me cannot use parkson card. Never explain why and one of your staff attitude was rude. Just left without explain properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mistake for not checking my bill. Got charged for extra bread unnecessary when I did not buy it. And is not the first time the cashier screwed up (last I used Maybank card but they forgot to give the discount). Please check all your bills before you leave the shop. Tend to have mistake very frequent.
