★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CHEMGARD is the best place for car washing and coating in Setia Alam. The business owner and manager are always very polite and patience to describe their services to customer.
They also provide help and advices to remove car scratches.
My car won't have the odorous after let them wash due to their staff always keep their hyginene. I have experience many other car wash where the car is clean after washed but the inner car smell odorous due to the body smell of the staff.
They also provide inner car refreshing spray service where it helps to get rid of the odorous smell in car. The product is Wurth, which give a refreshing smell after they applied the solution.
Great Job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is getting bad nowaday , long waiting and just simply ask to go away when the waiting list is full. Many similar bad experiences happen to me before , My worst experience is fail to have my car get wash by visiting three times in a week. Within the week , first times is asking me to wait for five hours, second time come back the next day and just turn me away while it was 5 pm said the waiting list is full , third time told me it would took two hours if I can’t wait then come next time with arrogant . I have asked if I can cancel the account , and take back the credit which is about rm 100. He replied me in a playful manner that this is going to hold a meeting with all the shareholder to decide about the refunding money . Not sure if this my isolated case or other having the same experience. I would said the service currently provided to customer is bad compared to the past

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the outside it looks like many cars and good business(i also fall for this trap), in reality the staffs are just very slow and inattentive which make all the cars stranded outside in fact they are just all waiting whole day. Not recommend to all. There’s plenty of good, fast & clean car wash out there.

When my car is clean I feel like I am more motivated to face the next thing on my list of tasks. Not to mention the wonderful customer service! Thanks guys!

Very worthwhile promo package with free interior coating .
Professionalism come with their detailing job and explanation if you are first timer . They will brief and update you the each progress for your car and show your photo.
