★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I just changed 3 ecopia ep200 tyres for a very good price with alignment but i am impressed with the professional service by the mechanic who was able to solve my front engine noise problem that other mechanic could not diagnosed properly, the labour charge was very reasonable and flexible as i also changed the tyres which was on promotion. The waiting room got wifi n drinks n TV very comfy. Thanks it's just great to see people who value quality work and proud of it.

After service also can wash the car but must let them decide because the person wash the car also is the same person who doing the maintenance and servicing for the car. In this shop, there is a lot of brands directly import from Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would expect a lot more from an establishment with a 3.9 stars rating. This Autobacs is a Japanese company. Unfortunately, without the Japanese service standards and attitude. Asked for a tire rotation service. Was told to wait as the technician was waiting for spare parts for a customer that was ahead of me. While waiting, the technician did nothing but just sat down. He could have just use that time to attend to other customers instead of idling around. Well, I just left and went to another workshop and had it done almost immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look for Ken San...Mr Ken... Japanese national whom will take care of yr car needs. Package for lubricants is reasonable. If you need to do others get advice and pricing. Yumi the administration staff is very courteous. Very good.
