WOSRT experiences ever..!!!
So pushy till u feel uncomfortable....
so unprofessional...
Super bad service...
Feel being cheated...
Dont waste ur money...
Super annoying once u dont agree to give the money for treatment there straight away ask u what problem with you... Each time u went for treatment they have sooooo many extra packages to upgrade like never ever ending... or they will actually consultation u for manipulative kind of packages..!!
In their FACEBOOK dont even dare or allow to write a REVIEWS..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, friendly and affordable price. Even after few days after treatment still follow up how was the skin conditions. Parking also easy. Ms Wendy from Puchong outlet even offer for soothing treatment service FOC the day after my treatment to reduce redness effect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price for laser treatment and the staff there was very friendly and helpful when they guided me throughout the whole process. They don't "hard sell" like other skin care center. The staff is also very professional and informative and explained everything I need to know about my skin condition. Definitely recommend to those with skin problem to give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i dont usually leave comment here but they removed negative comment on FB as 95% reviews are negative. Previously known as derma master, their staff old enough but doesnt seem has experienced to handle a simple treatment, told them in advance that i had embroidery for my eyebrown & lips but they still laser on it making it extremely dry & dehydrated, lodged complaint to a doctor (according to the beautician they're no one in charge for the outlet ==ll) and she promise will get their management to reply me but waited more than a month nobody follow up. No matter u reached on time or earlier than the booking time u still gonna wait for 20 minutes cause their beauticians are normally 'busy' so consumer gotta wait to be served! The most frustrating part was when u declined to sign up for new package u got insult (they're super hard sell), i don't understand why force me to waste another few thousand when i don't see any result after completed the whole course? None of the product i tried really helping my skin, seriously their product not cheap. Don't go there, u are just wasting your time & money! rating should be -5 if i were able to
