★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most awful experience in having my lash permed here, so bad that I want to cry. I did it 1 day before NYE and it turned out so bad, it was so messy, the curls was zig zag & just curled inwards towards my lids, I couldn't even apply my mascara, worst of all I had an injuries on my left lids (it was red, burning & painful). I had my lash permed before at e-curve & it was nicely done with natural curls as if you use the curler to curl it, so I wouldn't accept the bs that it was because of my lash nature kind of explanation. Though the therapists there were all very friendly, and the person who did my perm actually offered to re-do it for me & she admitted that it could be that she didn't pick my lashes properly (though she said this was her first time seeing such results which I highly doubt so!), I just couldn't give my trust to this centre anymore. I called a few other more 'reputable' & 'expensive' lash centre to see if there's any method to salvage it, all of them told me I couldn't re-do/un-do it in a short span of time, I need to let my lashes rest, and I was just devastated & even more so doubtful that the therapist even offered to help me re-do ( couldn't imagine how a disaster it could be). I have to celebrate my NYE (also my anniversary with bf) with such terrible lashes & now it's 3rd weeks since, I still need to live with this terrible lashes which I am constantly conscious & dare not look people into their eyes. IT"S JUST A NIGHMAREEEE! I wouldn't even rate a star if I could!
