β β β β β ava clinic is the best for you to solve your skin problem.I have got a good result by doing a treatment,and before we are going to do the treatment,we are supposed to check first our skin condition,and then we can know about our skin problem.Services that provided to customer are good and nice.I have a good result after 4 times treatment in 1 month.The price for treatment also affordable.This is the suitable place where you never found in other place

Super annoying once u dont agree to give the money for treatment there straight away ask u what problem with you... Each time u went for treatment they have sooooo many extra packages to upgrade like never ever ending... or they will actually consultation u for manipulative kind of packages..!! and the never ever provide you a receipt...!!

β β β β β I also have a bad experience with Ava the Mines.Their like pushed customer like hell!!!!. Always asked to upgrade the package.Very annoying promoter Not respected to customer decision. If we not agree with their offer ,they will provoke us with bad word.So rubbish this place. PLEASE DONT COME HERE & WASTE UR MONEY . The promoter very desperated to got a sales .We as customer need a quality from you!!!! RUBBISH!!!

β β β β β We come to know about your center from my friends. And we come with expectation as recommended by my friend. My friend said that your services in IOI boulevard is good, not so hard sell and perhaps can give a try on it.
Sadly the stories in another way.
We bought the voucher in fave, normal laser treatment. And your outlet manager(as told by another girl) is very pushy and hard sell on the package and adds on item. We understand this is one f the marketing strategies, thats why you discount so much for the treatment. Somehow, the quality of services should in a standard.
For my mom session, the girl didnt complete the last step which is the skin scan after treatment. (My mom personally think that because she refused to add on any items in the session)
For my sister session which is served by your outlet manager. She recommended my sis to add on some laser treatment many timessss. And my sis said no, because she is unemployed. While she is pursing, she did said that "har, rm90 you also dont have, even a student can afford this!". This is hurt!
Without any conscent from my sis, your manager change to another laser treatment, and asked me to pay another rm90!
For myslelf, initially was served by abother girl, she is good in terms of analysis my skin condition. However, at the midway of session, your manager came in and said taht my skin is dehyrated need to add on ampoulle. I got no any budget to add on, and said thabk you for her advice, and i hope to continue the treatment as it planned earlier. But she insists me to take, and ask why you need to come here if you dont want to get better in very rude way. After i rejexted her, she just bang the door and walk away.
I come to know about my siter and mom experieced after my session, as im the last one. This is very bad customer services, and felt being cheated for the rm90!!!
At last, we did went back to your center to get clarify from your manager. But her colleagues said she got appointment. As we in rushing, we did asked for the contact of higher management. But your staff refused too.
I hope your management can look into this matter. And get a reasonable answer from your side.
Worst experience ever! My mom, sister and myself feeling of being cheated!
The therapists are not practice in a professional way!

β β β β β Very bad experience here. All of them will push you like hell to buy new package / new treatment. Everytime I complaint about the result from treatment, they will show my skin photo showing the different.
I start treatment February 2018. Really want to fix my scar problem. Unfortunately, no different at all.. I enrolled almost all the treatment after been forced by avaβs staff, total amount spent almost RM10K. All was useless and waste money.
They are really sweet talker. I heard so much complaint about Avaβs The Mines outlet. Indeed, they are pushy, very desperate to get sales. If services is good, not necessary to do a lot of promotion, force customers to buy or to add more treatment. Iβm very sure people will come to your place if your service super good.
Those people out there, please beware with Ava The Mines. Plus, no hygiene here. They not replacing towel until you request for it. They will use same towel for next customer. I realized this many times.

β β β β β I was cheated to pay extra money. I really want to to solve my scar problem, but it's not much help!!! I'm just a student who doesn't have that much money. Avaβs The Mines outlet, they are pushy, very desperate to get sales.They still continue to be aggressive and very eager to get sales. If the service is good, there is no need to do a lot of I am very sure that if your service is very good, people will come to your place again. Itβs for the sake of money, not to help customers really need!!! I don't recommend everyone to go.

β β β β β Agree with most of the 1 star rating here. I was customer from Derma master and Ava Skin took over their customer. At first I signed the kind of laser package and I found thatβs not really effective might be Iβm not going too frequent thatβs fine, I request to do something more on cleaning and hydrating. Guess what? They revert back my package balance is 18 times = rm2700. They even offer me to add on rm450 to take 6 times of so call avaglow + avagold. I said I donβt wish to add on. They said with my current balance is only available for 3 times! How ridiculous! A 18 times treatment left become 3 times after the conversion?! And I request only avaglow I want. They told me rm350 per time, I agree and said Iβll top up rm100 to make it 8 times in total. And they revert back again my facial on 23rd Jan was rm900, so rm2700 - rm900 is only rm1800 left. Hello?! Youβre girls are really sucking peopleβs blood. Even thereβs much more treatments are better than Ava out there, cost lesser. This company is really ridiculous and much much over! Treatment is just simple, and putting the mask, definitely not worth rm900 once!????????????
