For an entrance fee of rm7, ok la but thanos snap seemed to have took out 1/3 of the machines and malfunctioned another 1/3. The remaining machines are enough for a decent workout though

Gym is ok, price is reasonable but parking is so hard to find!

This gym used to be decent, but its sad to see that it has become rather run down lately. A refresh and some repairs on the cardio machines would be nice.

One of the gyms I go to regularly. RM7 per entry for walk-in. Update 2022: There used to be a yoga studio room but no more. Equipment also starting to have a lot of wear and tear with poor maintenance in this recent few months. Owner please take this maintenance issue seriously if you want your regulars to remain here. Pros: Cheap per entry price. Decent music selection, mostly EDM and RnB. Equipment covers all the basics, has all the necessary equipment for bodybuilding and cardio, it even has an assisted dip/pullup machine. Cons: No free water dispenser. Bring your own, or buy from 99 speedmart downstairs. Some mirrors and windows are broken, but not a big issue. It can be very hard to find parking as it is located in a high density condo complex. Suggest to go on weekend mornings when there are less people. Not so much for power lifters, there is not enough space or hard flooring to safely set up a deadlift if it gets crowded. It can get really crowded on weekday nights too with rowdy kids. Lack of spray and cloth provided too for cleaning equipment before and after use. Please consider installing hangers where spray and cloth can be placed throughout the gym. I would advise people to bring their own at this point especially if you're worried about contracting covid.

Gym price is reasonable but there is no proper hygiene in place. No soap was even provided in the toilet. Despite having covid outbreak, there is no sanitizer in place for customers to clean after using the equipment. Totally not worth the health risk. Equipments were so worn out and some were even broken. Would not recommend at all.

Price, equipment, and staffs are great. I really appreciate for them. But I’ve got harassment from two visitors of the gym who are a black guy and an Indian guy. They usually speak to ladies saying that “ I like your training style” “will be friends” “Can I know your contact number?”. Have no idea what’s the benefit of mine but only for their sake. They disturb my training and just vomit whatever they want to say never considering their receivers. Especially, the black guy was taking my picture and stalking me in the gym at that time. Now His hilarious worse manner clearly taught me why Malaysians keep away from black people. I didn’t feel safe at all and reported to the staffs. Hope these guys are removed from the gym properly and never see them again. Only the guys who are considerable to others can enjoy talk and have a good term with others including ladies, not like the guy who considers only themselves.
