I'm perianal abscess so visit next door klinic, next day more painful so want visit Doctor again, but too much patient so I visit this Alam Medic Klinic, charge fee Rm147, beside Klinic just Rm80.00. WTH. This economic still charging expensive , no wonder beside Klinic alot patients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non professional receptionist. You will wait until they finish play their phone, laughing on their phone screen. When you try to approach the counter, they will ask you to wait and sit first while they continue to play phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was genuinely an annoying and frustrating treatment for me at this clinic. The moment I got in, the Dr looks at me like I owe him a large amount of money. I started describing 2 of my symptoms out of 5 that I have experience for a week and I just stop talking after telling him symptoms number 2 cause the Dr looks like he doesn't even want to bother hearing my whole story and all my symptoms. While checking my breathing, he raise his voice slightly and tell me to breathe in and out as if I'm not doing that already for the past 2 minutes of the stethoscope check.
I don't often go to clinics but when I do it's normally cause I really don't feel like I can stand having the symptoms anymore longer. But after going to this clinic, I rather just continue puking, having diarrhea and taking paracetamol/panadol soluble and using cool aids.
I understand that maybe the Dr is tired or something, but I came in at 4am because I thought you can help me feel better, like I said I don't go to clinic often as a matter in fact, this is literally the first time I am using my medical card. It doesn't hurt to be a little nicer to make your patient feel comfortable talking to you. I mean isn't that why anyone become a Doctor in the first place? to help people?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, i came and see very nice staff and doctor. First impression from the staff. Very gentle and smooth. Thanks a lot for concern doctor. Likely i'll come for follow up if anything problem. So far this antibiotic cap and cream is give positive effect for my skin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was attended by one Dr Jeremy Wee last Friday who was very egoistic. I was having severe throat pain but he was wasting my time talking about weight loss, which was NEVER EVER my intention to see him in the 1st place. The license of such rude doctors should be withdrawn by KKM for good and publish their photos in the papers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there this evening(22 feb) around 7:20pm and received a bad service from the frontdesk staff. The doctor is good but the staff do not have a good manner. I came two days in a row on a different time and both times received the same excuses, doctor is having a break. Hence, I asked why the break time is not fixed and the staff just replied with high tone. No empathy even I told them I am not in a good condition and have been trying to see doctor for two days now. They finally allowed me to see the doctor but the service from the same staff is very slow. I have to wait for another 20 minutes for the medicine. The doctor is good, just the front desk staff that make me uncomfortable.
