Room was good, but you can see signs of aging.
Meeting area is good, but please maintain the toilet. Kind of weird the toilet is on the second floor, but okay....
Lunch buffet was just okay...
Meeting package price was good too...
Overall, had a pleasant time

โ โ โ โ โ Environment and location is awesome! However the maintenance of the room is very poor comparing with the room rates which is still high. Hope the management will consider of refurbishing.
Breakfast menu are varieties and taste good.
Love the 'back to nature environment'.

โ โ โ โ โ We stayed in the water chalet. The resort have lots of interesting facilities. However, the room was super dirty. There were mosses on the floor, dead cockroaches , sand on the floor and bed and even leftover rubbish and tissues from the previous customer. As we are still in the Covid world now I doubt they do sanitize the room for new customers. We phoned the service crew 4 times for room cleaning, and they finally arrived after an hour, without any cleaning equipment! And then left again to pickup after. The deco is also very outdated, need maintenance. As for the buffet breakfast, the food options was acceptable, thumbs up to the chef at the egg station! However, the service from the tall Indian woman at the front desk was so bad. Even though all the tables were occupied, she kept accepting new customers into the restaurant, we need to look for tables ourselves. There were also lots of flies.

โ โ โ โ โ The resort is nice but the location not so much. The beach is filthy. Lots of debris and plastic bags floating about in the water. If you like to swim in the sea you are better off somewhere else. If you're just looking for a seaside resort but will only want the hotel facilities then this is fine. The amenities and facilities can do with some maintenance though. Services can be further improved. I would only give this a 2 thumbsup.

โ โ โ โ โ The best experience ever!! The room is A++. We get to experienced the exclusive lounge for sunset view (comes with room package). I must say its insta worthy only. Breakfast spread is okay. I will definitely go here, book the same room stay with my family, enjoying sunset by the beach and playing board games at night.

โ โ โ โ โ Such a nice resort, ensconced in nature, with trees and plants everywhere, resident peacocks and rabbits, and not to forget the fantastic ocean views.
The staff are nice and friendly. Had a problem with the toilet, and it was attended to and fixed immediately.
The ocean-view rooms are niceโฆ with quaint wooden panelling in the interior and a small veranda overlooking the sea.
Especially loved the Spa! Very, very friendly staff and had an excellent massage and pedicure.
The rooftop lounge had very beautiful sunset views, great for memorable pictures.
All in all, a very enjoyable and relaxing getaway.

1) 2 BR Water Chalet
2) 1 BR Water Chalet
Initially wanted to book the 3 BR Water Chalet but bare in mind that the 2 + 1 BR Combo is a lot cheaper.
They even agreed to help put the rooms side by side upon request. Very accommodating. I had a lot of questions and they were all answered via email quite promptly which I really really appreciated.
My experience at the hotel, overall, was really amazing as well. The beach, the rooms, the pools and everything else was within walking distance so it was the perfect vacation. The people working at the resort was really friendly and helpful. The view in my room was just as amazing as well.
Also, itโs wheelchair friendly for my grandmother. Though I wish there was a ramp at the Riau Lookout but nevertheless, quite accessible anywhere else via a wheelchair.
I also agree with many that the facilities needed some maintenance as some of the things really look worn down like for example the Sauna and the Jacuzzi in my room.
All in all, still a great place for a short vacation and especially for a bigger group. 100% recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Had my wedding in there, very pretty set up in their private beach. The view from the room was superb. However, for wedding event with large group of guests, not much of team work is seen. They seems doing their own work without communication. Some Rooms were not ready for guests even at 3pm check in time when my ceremony starts at 5pm. Foods was very nice during testing, but taste different on the actual day. Recommend for short getaway but to be more details when comes to event set up.
