unfriendly, not helpful.

as far as i know, this hotel is not fully owned by private. the government is owned half of it. at the year of 2022, i still don't understand why this room layout, furniture, and everything in the room is like 1980's.
what i conclude from my experience, this hotel is a mirror to our government today. i hope u understand what i'm saying.
other than that, the mattress cover look so OLD!! u don't have budget for changing the cover? seriously this is not white, it's yellowish.
just an honest opinion from a frequent traveller who paying 190MYR for a room look like this.
i should check airbnb or agoda for better room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0/5 :) The services are bad. Usually for second day in any hotel even 2 stars hotel, they will give us new toiletries, towels and beverages. When my mom called the receptionist, she scolded my mom. She even mad at us for not using the housekeeping services in the morning. WE CLEARLY PUT THE DO NOT DISTURB NOTICE THERE as we’re going out. That’s our right as a customer. This will be the last time I’ll go to Seri Malaysia. I paid for the hotel. It’s my right. Mom called the receptionist 4 times because they never sent us the things we wanted. Mom and dad even talked politely in the first place. But then, after forth time calling, the receptionist come by herself and scolded mom. Bad attitude of a malay girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathroom equipment should be change. The Breakfast is not suitable with the price, should look back on your menu. Even other hotel can give at least a salad. Please hire a proper chef after this.Cawan tak berlap and dish not organize.Please check on your kitchen. Overall just okay. Not suitable place to stay for vacaytion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly. Swimming pool are available to use. Guard make sure our safety. Its a great place to stay with family in port dickson. This hotel are close with juara char kuey teow. Have a view beach infront hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took family room for 4 pax with breakfast at rm240. Breakfast could be improved. Quite slow at refilling the foods. Koeyteow too spicy on that day. Have parking. Beach just in front of the hotel. Need to cross the street. Easy to find food nearby the hotel. 2 small pools. Old hotel. Ok for 1 night stay. Near to army museum & pusat ikan hiasan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very affordable, pay only RM 240 for family room with 4 pax breakfast. Not much choice in their breakfast buffet, only 3, 4 type only. Room is okay, lots of tv channel. The downside are water pressure in the bathroom was very low and our room is on the third floor with no elevator. We had to carry our two big suitcase by ourselves. Swimming pools were small. The beach is opposite the hotel, it's a beautiful public beach. If you want to go to the beach, you have to cross the busy road. They should provide overhead bridge or a traffic light with zebra crossing. Overall I love my stay here.????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in Family Room for 3 persons. Old interior room with yellowish bedsheets. One of the coffee cups still have stains. The water heater is broken. There is no other power plug in room. We had to switch off the plug for fridge and use it to charge our phones. Breakfast buffet was ok but could be better.
