★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is totally unprofessional and fraud. They have taken my goods to transport in the month of March 2018 by saying they forward it to UK in 4500RM after taking the goods to their warehouse they 1500RM more... finally the matter got settled in 5800RM. I paid everything including custome clearence charges and warehouse charges but when the goods reached to UK we habe to pay custome clearence and other charges again because Avis Pioneers not paid any money to UK agent name Bobby Barker. We had to pay £1100 just to clear our goods.. and when goods came we were suprise to see many if our major items were stolen and this all happened in malaysia office. When we contacted to malaysia office they were not giving proper answers everybody in this company is fraud and cheaters... please avoid such cheaters and dont give them your business...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to give a quick shout out to your truckload crew for this perfect week. Yesterday we loaded 3 truckloads and today (Friday) we are finishing up loading this one. All 4 trucks were here ON TIME and all went very smoothly. They really make these busy times go smooth and headache free for me!!! Props to them! I truly appreciate all you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avis Pioneer has been very informative. The company has excellent communication between brokers, dispatch and the drivers contracted. Each driver new exactly what piece he/she was picking up and how much it weighed. The drivers they used also contacted myself to send updates on when they will be arriving. The POC at Avis Pioneer has called me thru out the day to confirm his drivers were contacting me and to inform me of his drivers situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shipment you guys handled for us appears to have cleared customs in Nepal and our people there are working with the USDOJ to deploy. I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know we’re very thankful we were connected to you and Logistics Plus. Imad was flawless working with us on this shipment. He managed multiple personalities and functions and kept everyone informed. Our people from our Operations Coordinator to our Director of operations have such positive things to say about him, for example, he was working with our team in the west coast well after 5PM EST, Email and phone communication was extremely high on this sensitive shipment, and we reconfigured the pallet layout multiple times to dial in the best and fastest transport. We’re all truly happy working with you, and we hope to have more shipments to call you for. If you guys ever need a reference for any clients I’d be more than happy to provide one.

Many times we have complicated shipments that require special equipment or are in remote areas and they come through every time. The online chat is also very easy to use for quotes, booking, tracking and printing the necessary shipment documentation.
