★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're an owner of a Toyota vehicle, this is the service center you have to go to!! There are plenty of waiting seats for customers to sit around while waiting for their turn. The seats are also spaced far enough, so you don't feel like you're intruding others or even worse, being intruded by others. The best part is while waiting, you could get yourself some free coffees, tea or chocolate drinks and also some delicious biscuits. The workers there are generally friendly and often times they are wary about the customers. For example, when a customer seem lost or needing something, they would come asking the customer if they needed any assistance. Their car service also usually only takes a day or two, well that depends on how severe your car condition is but if it isn't damaged or anything, they service the cars really fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont buy car at here. I booking and sign agreement 7hb and salesman said ready stock but then wait until 28hb. When received car got few scratches and interior also got scratches

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service experience..... appointment 10.30am....finish 5pm....long waiting hour just for basic service....
If u all free all day...can come n service your car here n enjoy their free coffee...lot of chairs so that people can wait for long hours...
If u all don't have workers...better close shop.worst service...won't come again.

Update review: This is the worst service center (Sending my car for claim flood car) it take 3 month by doing nothing and no progress at all. GoodLuck to all owner by sending flood car in here.
Lastly I need to drag to other workshop to settle this issues.
Important note: if you need change workshop, you will be charge about Rm1200.00 depend on your condition.
The best part, they want declare Total Loss ( Cost 50k)
I feel like they want to (MODERN SCAM)
After 6 month waiting (3 month at Toyota + 3 month at other workshop). Overall costing at other shop only about 14K only.
Huge difference between cost Toyota vs Other Workshop.
All I can suggest is, never ever go to service center.

They have a very good & comfortable place for the customer waiting area.
They provide some light drinks & biscuits.
And the customer service is very good especially Mr. Arjun. He is really very good & friendly with customers. After the service is done, Mr Arjun will check the car beforehand. And the best thing is the balance oil & leather spray they will pass over to the customer back.
Overall I'm. Impressed with their services.
