โ โ โ โ โ Old and classic resort, especially the lift is old and door is old as well. But consider of the age of resort it is still reasonable and good for staycation. There's not much restaurant outside, but the Mesra mall is just 10 minutes drive from the resort.

โ โ โ โ โ Due to the pandemic, this place has been effected badly just like all the hotels in Malaysia, but they stayed afloat, however far from their previous glory, what they could have done is to have the rooms cleaned properly, films of dust everywhere, on the tables, behind the old TV, aircond vents full of dust and the room smells like an old dusty house, those with allergies take note, you won't be able to stay here, else the furniture smells like somebody's old couch even the headboard of the bed, bathroom fixtures don't always work, all this could be fixed and the room deep cleened. Else the location still has charms especially with rooms facing the beach, the place has potential l, but the management need to prioritize on room cleanliness first

โ โ โ โ โ Good ol fashion friendly Terengganu hospitality. The reception called at 9pm, asked us if they wanna make up the room. Sure, why not. They came in a friendly manner, fast execution, spotless clean on the table & new pair of sheets hotel standard setup. It is during Ramadhan, a sahur meal provided around 5am daily, delicious!!

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing exterior and interior in Malay classic way. Everything is nice and great . ade pool besar and two parts for adults and children . this resort located next to the beach amd the view just unbelievable ,its mesmerising ??. bedroom all in all are great and clean . have a very clean and neat toilet that you don't have to worry about the cleanliness . everything is 12/10. Would definitely go back to have some peace .

โ โ โ โ โ Compared to numerous of previous stay, the hotel seems like getting old in a way the rooms and equipment are outdated. It feels like you're going into 90s when u step into the room. Can be better with the rate the charged.

Cleaning services, come twice to ask if we need to clean our room because we miss the first round cleaning in the morning??

โ โ โ โ โ Overall, it badly needs refurbishing. Rooms have poor AC, wiring, wardrobe doors that were broken, and toilet bidet that had weak water pressure during peak hours. Lift buttons were mouldy and the lift was slow. Staff looked tired, but room service was quick to act. Food was so so. Tennis courts were in bad shape. Golf course looked like it had expired. Hope the management will try to rescue this hotel and bring it to life.
