β β β β β Went there during CMCO to purchase insurance policies for self owned properties. Arrived at the door, scanned the My Sejahtera app and rang the bell. Staff A came out and after expaining to her I handed her the S&P agreements for the properties involved. I waited outside. A few mins later staff B came out and said that during the CMCO I could not purchase any insurance as a walk in customer but instead I had to send them an email stating what I required then they would send me an email with some documents attached to fill and submit it back to them?.
My question is, why was the office even open if they can't even attend to customers who wait outside their office instead of in the office. I had to drive all the way from Ampang to SS15 just to be told to send them an email. What a waste of time!!!
