β β β β β Stayed here for 3 nights back in March as the MCO began.
The room has no window or any natural ventilation. I could see some mould on the ceiling of the room and on the shower pipes. I could smell damp the moment I entered the room, but given the Malaysian MCO situation, it was acceptable.
The bed, towels and sheets were clean, but in real need of replacement. The mattress cover was badly stained, although I thought it smelled clean. The hand towel was in a deplorable state, virtually falling apart as my photos show. The bed was okay and about par for a budget hotel. There was also a pair of flippers supplied, which I wouldβve only used in the most desperate of situations (look at the photos).
There was AC in the room, but I found it unreliable. In the main, it works. Sometimes it blows cold air as expected, other times it blows lukewarm air. It was more noticeable because I was stuck in the room most of the day due to the aforementioned MCO. Otherwise I would've been out sightseeing and therefore less of an issue.
Overall, I had a reasonable stay at the hotel. The facilities are fine for the price paid. Generally, the hotel is clean, and for a budget hotel reasonably maintained. Like most budget hotels, a little TLC would not hurt. The thing that really let the room down was the damp in the room and toilet/bathroom.

β β β β β Very cheap for two double bed rm100 per night. But very little space from the door to the bed. They provide iron at each floor and surau at level 5 since the space in the room is limited. Got elevator. Got high pressure and hot water for shower. There are laundry in front of the hotel but it was closed at night. So, u can find 24 hours laundry services that is not so far from the hotel. Need to cross two blocks if not mistaken. Overall i like it here.

β β β β β Receptionist very rude and never wear mask for whole 2 days. No sanitizer. Make so many mistakes to prepare reciepts again and again but refuse to change it neither admit the mistakes. So many ants in the room. Hairs are everywhere on bed, bathroom and toilet bowl. Clearly never clean the room at all. Have to check out 1 day earlier. Too dirty.

β β β β β Family room with 2 queen beds is very small. The beds are put near to each other, no space... Not enough place to even pray and change.. Very crammed. Pls consider other hotel if you come with kids...stuffy.

β β β β β Worst hotel ever. Don't deserve any star to begin with. Such unpleasant experience. Coming from far and end up with no room although already booking and paid in booking.com. asking for family room consist of two queen bed. The hotel don't want to admit the fault and ask for extra money in order to change the room. If not they ask to cancel our own booking and we will not receive any refund ! Luckily booking.com help us in this matter

Location not too busy, easy to find in the middle town

β β β β β Located just near the fort in city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner Mr.Ahmad is very helpful and he guide throughout our stay.The staffs were very helpful.They hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to stay :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis to hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)

β β β β β Very affordable price. The room are prepared with towels, cups and water kettle. There is an elevator if you don't want to climb stairs. Just need to be aware that the parking is not free on weekdays. You will need to buy parking coupon.
