โ โ โ โ โ Worst hotel ever. Blood on the bed everywhere. The bed and blanket are damn dirty. Head louse bitten 1 of my friends. Complaint to the counter, they came to our room and asked for changing a new room for us. We rejected because who dare to sleep in the same hotel again if this happened to you. Not responsible counter staff also. We have to go the counter again only they told us that we could make the refund :) Never ever come to this hotel again.

โ โ โ โ โ Room is simple and clean. Bathroom is clean except for some water leaking on to the floor from the shower area. But nearby is an entertainment center that plays their music loudly the whole night long. Would only consider this place again if there are no other options.

โ โ โ โ โ No private parking but public parking is available. Rooms are not that properly maintained (broken floorboard, peeling laminate). Worst was my check-in experience. Gave the Receptionist my Agoda booking number and other personal details but she first gave us a totally different booking. Waited a short while for her to sort things out then was given room keys. After unpacking, Receptionist came up and told us that she gave us the wrong room and asked us to pack up to move. At the same time, she gave our correct room keys to the other party. This made all of us demand for housekeeping to tidy up the rooms but the Housekeeper was very reluctant and literally told us and the Receptionist "you cannot talk to me. You talk to downstairs and they will talk to me". Even after more drama, none of us got even a verbal apology.

โ โ โ โ โ It's just a renovated single storey shop lot hotel. No lift, only staircase. Not recommended for elderly. No windows/view. Only window is in the toilet. The water pressure is very low. Hardly take the bath. There is a water dispenser in the corridor with hot and cold water but the hot water supply not available after 11pm. Inside of the room, the interior and bed is OK. There is a pub just opposite the hotel. The music is playing out loud until 2am. Not recommended for family with infant or kids. Overall, not worth the price.

โ โ โ โ โ Checked in hotel 22/12, booked for 2 nights. Photos of rooms very impressive. But is different in reality. The floor of room cracked each time you walk. The door of toilet cracked louder. Didn't check properly before booked. Hotel no parking, have to buy parking tickets n parked on roadside. No fridge makes so inconvenient because have to keep fresh milk for grandson. The room key on 2nd day have to reactivate again. Hanger only one. The room is one single and one large bed for 3 occupant.

โ โ โ โ โ We booked one room with 2 king sized bed. The place was very filthy and had awful smell.
The room is not as shown in the picture
Bathroom very shabby and dirty. It was mouldy too that no one was game enough to step into them. Hotel Staff was polite and apologetic but nothing they can do on refund.
It was a nightmare staying here.

โ โ โ โ โ I went to this hotel a few months ago and the service was ok. It was late so I decided to go up to my room and rest. When I came up, there was a drinking fountain so we can refill our bottles. (Very Useful) The only problem is the room was dirty and the toilet smells. The hotel should improve or renovate the rooms a bit. Itโs very old and dirty.

โ โ โ โ โ The family room is really big & can accommodate 4 adults & 2 kids. Room is fairly clean & the staff friendly. They don't provide private parking for guests but there ample space around. Food is not a problem as there are lots & lots of stalls & shops around within walking distance. Greatest drawback however, is that there is a disco just right across the street which blares out loud music until the wee hours of the night. Last time I was there, the music was still on at 4.30 am, rendering me sleepless.
