Asked for more sambal >> said cannot, tak cukup nak jual (hah? Am I buying now, am I your customer? In Grab food I can add on while in store cannot. Common, I didnt ask for free)
No spicy sambal and didn’t informed, wasted my money for 2 packed portions
Serving me non signature dip without telling me if I wasnt asked
When I told the honest feedback, they were just laughed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a customer we need a good and polite treat by the customer service crew. But they behave so rude to us. Especially the female crew. Excuse me we were not going to eat for free, we paying our own money. This behavior makes us to feel not to come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why they always changing the opening and closing time... when we go there they said 'dah close' and I ask them the closing timing; and I follow the new timing to go there but they said 'dah kena tutup'... so what is the actual time ???? If we go early at afternoon they said it opens evening .... is this a proper way to run a restaurant...! We always get disappointments .??? please update the actual timing in Google please???

What i love about this branch compared to others is because, the portion of course, the fried cabbages is good, the chicken is well fried, and they put enough nuts on the sambal to make it less spices where suits to people who wants to try spicy food but not too spicy. It is so good for that spicy level. I will definitely come again, soon.
