β β β β β The ayam penyet and the fried cat fish was exceptional. However, what made them even more great was the sambal or chilly paste which accompany the dish. While the food is great, the service here is not really up to mark. But then you can hardly blame them as the place is usually crowded. Overall, this is one of the better Indonesian restaurants around.

β β β β β very disappointed with the food. especially since I bring guest first time to try Indonesian food. restaurant located nearby taming sari tower. it got the traditional style. price of food above average. waiter were gloomy, like not happy serving us. we ordered ayam penyet and gado gado. ayam penyet was not even warm when served, sambal got the right punch, but fried chicken and tahu goreng very hard, tempe was bitter. gado gado got emping melinjo on top, but bumbu kacang was watery and vegetables cooked too long and became soggy. suggest to improve quality of food and customer service. we expect warm food and warm smile with such price tag.

β β β β β No doubt, it one of the best places to enjoy Ayam Bakar, and the sambal was lit! A bit disappointed as the sambal is pre-packed now. It used to be unlimited (serve on the table), then at a corner where you need to take it on your own. Maybe due to COVID-19, they now serve it in packets. Not enough to be honest and the staff seems reluctant when I asked for more sambal.

β β β β β Nice chicken. The staff said their sambal is spicy but actually not. The taste also not that great.
Soda gembira not that Happy.
Not coming again. Seeing this restaurant few times before when I visiting melaka, but not interested to try. When I tried it today, I realized I made bad decision.

β β β β β Ordered the ayam penyet set. Came with tempeh, fried tofu and aubergine. The chicken was so juicy. Loved it. The sambal is spicy as it should be but tolerable. Definitely worth a visit. No table service but the cashier had a pleasant vibe. You get your food in 5 minutes.

β β β β β Authentic Indonesian food. Came with my better half and she loved it. We had ayam eenyet and fried chicken and two mango juice. Tasty and refreshing at a great price. Mango juice was 7.5. I could easily drink a few. Only downside was the flies flying around the tables.
