★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant practice a self service system but it seriously takes a long time to get my lunch. After 45min, the food is there with an unfriendly attitude shown when I was picking up my food.
Some more no mask and no glove.
Advice, look for other place for your lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is really good. But the staff is not. At least the guy at food prep counter is. Contradict with their own business model which clearly written and highlighted on the menu sambal and rice is free refill for dine-in, but the action speaks otherwise. The staff was unhappy when i ask for sambal refill. This is not my first bad experience here with same issue. If you are not willing to practice your own business promotion, take it off the menu.
Their tagline 'tentukan sendiri pedasmu, anda puas kami puas' is not applicable here. At least for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was superslow, gotta wait about 1 hour for my meal to be ready. Maybe they should limit the orders when they’re short-staffed yet too many orders in hand. Not to mention orders from grab/foodpanda, all those walk-ins have to have for a looooongggg time. Laparrr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service really slow, ordering and getting the food itself.. the environment in the restaurant is very dark.. eating spicy food in no air-conditioning.. how do you feel?? The drinks are too sweets.. the floor oh my.. too sticky.. seriously.. i have to change seat for getting a no sticky zone.. first and last I'm here.
