★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience dinning in with this outlet.
1. Most table have food left over and water drop on most of the table.
2. Toilet is wet, smelly and there tissue on the floor.
3. The signage sign was not switch on. We thought it was closed but as we pass through to go to Domino's we saw it open.
4. Staff do not greet customer and they look tired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed experience staff not friendly at all,waiting very long more than 45minit and few guest already left coz cannot waiting, manager not manage well her staff..only one staff at cashier handling walk in client, online order, food panda, grab food and so on..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selalu order delivery KFC Presint 15, overall performance Annoying to next level, late arrival even though order 1 hour ahead, dirty packaging, plastic always greasy. Not include sauce or tissue. Disappointed, last order here, be it via Delivery or Dine in. ( Always messy even when they're already late for delivery )

You should improvise your service interm of provide more staff during peak hour. It takes so long to wait to get the food. How come a big company cant manage so well for their core business!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch!! Ordered online at 3pm, due for take away at 6pm. Received order at 730pm. Had to wait for an hour and a half just for curbside take out, which supposed to be fast. Service was poor, super slow, inefficient, mediocre staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, 2 times got bad experience here..1st order pick for berbuka and wait until azan maghrib..2nd time today, order to pick up 12.51 and 1.22 dont get yet..when I arrived the staff said the order is ready to be packed but wait 30 minutes later he say theres a lot of order to be prepared and for sure they do pack for food panda first..if he do tell from the very beginning, surely i will cancel the order and dont wait for too long..what a waste of time..very bad service during peak hour..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few times and it was okay.. but during my recent visit that is around 5.30pm today (17/02/2022), the chicken taste like it been fried using oil that has been used to fried fish... i wonder if it was just me or that is how kfc should taste nowadays.. ?
I ordered hot & spicy chicken btw..
