β β β β β Pls ensure wisely before buying property from Ayer. The building structure is not very good, gifted with lots of deep crack, not very pleasant to see. The developers were not creative :(

β β β β β I don't normally spend time giving review especially a bad experience. But with the recent experience with this AYER Bukit Puchong, Ayer hitam developer, AYER Holdings Berhad, I decided to drop a review.
Below are 3 reasons why:
1) Poor Leadershi(t), bosses, directors & management who don't respond or provide you with any answer and refuse to made any decision of yes or no but keep on asking you to submit this & that document (can take more than 2 months for a reply, then only they end the buying process with an answer of "We don't want to sell as we want to sell to the boss's friend now). If you can link the scenario, it is a roti prata experience; pusing pusing in providing confirmation.
2) They sell their property in future price ie. far above bank valuation of current property price. They ASSume their property will worth that much price in the coming 3 ~ 10 years time, so they sell you a 2021 property at 2030 price. Genius hacker, 0 integrity.
3) Poor humanity in work culture. The sales agent or any other position below manager level are position-less and not trusted by their so call "poor leadershi(t) bosses" in the consumer buying process. Why hire people or a team of sales when you don't even trust them? Why not all the bosses, directors, chairman do the sales your own?
Rethink 10x, if you want to spend (waste) your time with this ayer developer for a property. You will definitely become ayer fish (water fish/ζ°΄ι±Ό).

β β β β β Very nice and comfortable environment. Their office set up also clean and beautiful. I like the developer always care about their customers and train their sales people frequently so they are always updated with whatβs going on in the market.
