★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a residential unit from Nct group. Project name Ion Delemen in Genting Highlands. I find them very irresponsible and unprofessional and great at pushing away responsiblities
.
Reasons:-
1. Handover keys - the developer gave me a wrong unit & even the labelling of the units were done wrong.
2. We did the cleanning up in the unit & going through all the defects. After a month, we wanted to apply unifi & only knew that they have label their units wrongly & given us wrong set of keys.
3. After a few months we have detected, that wrong electricity meter was installed to our unit. We informed the management, to do the necessary rectification. As these are apartments, all the electricity meters are stored in a locked room on the same floor)
4. After months only rectification was done, they did not inform the owner when rectification was done and all our foodstuff is spoil & smell.
5. During handover we paid four months advance deposit to the developer combined in the final settlement invoice. The apartment management company says the don't have this figure, refer to developer and the developer is telling the owner to refer to the managemnet company. This issue is still outstanding.
Till date, I have not receive any official apology from the company. They are only pushing their responsibility.
I am dissapointed in the delivery and response provided by Nct, this will be my first and last purchase from this developer and I strongly others not to support them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not purchase any property under NCT group. The management of the company will not hesitate to undermine owner interest even though they still have funds to invest in other project.
What do you think of a company that cannot keep their promise of GRR? An agreement that they cannot honor?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in Developer office to enquiry about their project, the staff was rude and response with no patience as in she's in a rush to end the call. End up not solving any of my concern and say will call back (always using this as excuse to end the call). Bad developer staff service.
