This is my first time here. Staffs are really polite & very informative. The booking process was quick. The place was very clean & not crowded. Kudos to that. However, meds was really expensive when compared with others (same meds brand). I don’t mind paying more provided that doc’s service is good & informative. Alas, the doctor that I met was not friendly, consultation was only 5 mins, did not bother to ask more & didn’t do more background check on my condition. Information given by her was not adequate, not clear & confusing. She almost looked annoyed.

Went there today for an insurance check up. Was given an appointment at 4pm. Arrived 5 minutes late. Was told no such thing as an appointment at 4pm because it was a holiday. Called up my agent. He spoke to what I assume as the nurse there, they were furious and kept telling we were wrong and we made the mistake. No appointment was made for my wife that day as it was a public holiday. Despite my friend told that he called a day before and was told the appointment was made. Then came in a Sister, assuming she is someone of a higher authority, grabbed the phone and clearly told my friend its not their fault, its no ones fault and if any it was our fault for not confirming with them about the appointment. Then she rudely hung up the phone on my friend. And then on a high tone told me I was wrong for letting my friend spoke to the nurse, bear in mind, it was my friend who had arranged for the appointment. She (the Sister) told me and my pregnant wife, that we cannot blame them if their staff dont know how the work flow is for the appointment system. Shook to disbelief I told her straight, if the staff of the establishment itself dont know how the system works then dont go blaming others for the confusion. Rude, Unaccommodating, Not friendly, I pray the best for you guys in the future. ????

The quality of service is substandard compared with the amount of money paid. I subscribe for Maternity Antenatal Check Up package. So far couple of mistakes made: 1. Wrong appointment date for T1 scan- need to come back the following week. Wasting my time and annual leave. 2. Wrong appointment time set for glucose screening test. I was given 430pm appointment but decide to come early at 1pm- (By norm, should be given early morning session appoinment instead of evening). Consequence i need to prolong fasting from 10pm the other day until 4pm the next day which really a torture when u are pregnant at 30 weeks. 3. Unskill nurse & a lot of intern nurse- Everytime need to redo blood drawing at least 2-4times. Very unprofessional and painful experience. 4. In one session of blood drawing, the doctor drawn insufficient blood volume needed for the lab test. Need to redo it again, and imagine it is the doctor herself who did this mistake not the nurse! 5. Long waiting time for doctor consultation. Every visit the waiting time at minimum is 2 hours. Sometimes can prolong longer. Totally unaccepatable for private clinic. 6. All in all, after all the bad services- the price charged is on the high-end more expensive that average clinic. I regret so much that i subscribe to their maternity package. If not because of the near vicinity with my home and the money paid to the package- i'll never coming back to Azalea Clinic.

Hmm.. Appointment at 9am in the morning, but at 10.15am, we r still waiting for doctor. ? Pls, next time be more punctual. If can't make it, tell us earlier. Pls make it on time. Miscommunication between staff. If u start at 10am, dont put 9am on appointment card! This is not general hospital! ? U just put urself on the same level, but with u, more expensive la. ?

Very very very bad experience and customer service. I brought in my son for check up and they deny him to get medical consultation. Deny. Reason being they dont accept fever cases. What??? Then why are you even open. It is just high fever and the kid is in need of urgent medical consultation and you in you deny it. Might as well close down your operations! No need to operate or promote as mother and child specialist hospital if you cant even accept fever cases. Ψ§Ω„Ω„Ω‡ Ψ§Ω„Ω…Ψ³ΨͺΨΉΨ§Ω†

Overall is ok, doctor give well explanation and the staff are nice too, but i wait around one hour to get my turn, so please prepare more time if you plan to come here. Not sure about the price cause first time do the checking, for the ultrasound scanning and consultion is rm180 which is reasonable for me.
