★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lawyer is incompetent. Subsale process takes 3 years to complete due to the ignorance of the lawyer of some procedure. No updates whatsoever unless I call and ask them. Any letters was never cc'ed to us. The climax is when the lawyer release full payment to the vendor without deducting certain amount of money that I asked for the damage of the house throughout the subsale process.
