★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst. Penipu. lebihkan pada pemaju. X membantu penduduk. Nak buat MC tapi susah nak berbincang. Cadangan2 yg diusulkan x nak dibincangkan dan byk cadangan dibuang. Terlampau mahal caj ejen. Pekerja sorang. Badan pengurusan JMB yg gagal.
 Worst. Fraudster. more on the developer. X helps the population. I want to make an MC but it's hard to talk. Proposals proposed x want to be discussed and byk suggestions discarded. Too expensive agent charges. Single worker. The failed JMB management body.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak ada transparency especially on management costing. Tak bertanggungjawab & main lepas tangan. Kalau meeting dengan diorg ni memang TAK ADA istilah WIN-WIN. Pandai putar belit. Uruskan pangsapuri kos sederhana tapi mfee yg dikenakan macam kita duduk kondo. Tapi tak ada servis yang memuaskan pun. Kalau ikut kan TAK NAK BAGI STAR. Tapi nanti review tak boleh post. So TERPAKSALAH bagi 1.
There is no transparency especially on costing management. Irresponsible & hands -off. If the meeting with this diorg, there is NO WIN-WIN term. Clever twists and turns. Manage a modest cost apartment but the mfee is charged like we sit in a condo. But there is no satisfactory service. If you join, I DON'T WANT TO SHARE THE STAR. But later the review cannot be posted. So I HAVE to for 1.
