Staff not doing anything, just standing and chatting.
Didn't even bother to greet/wait/serve tables.
Staff not friendly, not service-oriented.
Need improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE chicken rice, but this branch is just... mehh. Service was super slow. They only cleared the tables when they're out of plates. Perhaps they're understaffed, that's why? Hmm. But my food was waiting at the counter for a while before a waiter finally brought it to my table. Best to go to the other branches instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was attended by their manager Mr Hairee. When we had a complaint, he came to our table and ask for forgiveness personally and said that they wouldnt repeat again next time. He even send us the new one by himself. For me, having a manager like him is what every store should have. Kudos Mr Hairee!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is the worst. They are ignorant and messy. No one greets the customer. Have to go the counter to ask for the menu and have to ask the cashier again for anyone to take my order. I ask for a waiter and he ask another person to take my order. But the waiter never come to me. Not recommending this place to anyone at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. When I ask to change table 1 of staff say u sitting here lah. And then I tell tanager she say, she now calculate staff salary and bzy. This is stupid reason. I don't want to recommend this restaurant to anyone. Give 1 stars olso not to use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad management. no enough staff but order from grab and food panda keep coming. i can see the staffs are in stress. The management should hire more staf instead of being blind greedy. me and my family have to wait 30 minutes just to take order because staff is busy with grab food and food panda. no one at cashier and only 2 staff available infront. i have been a regular customer for 5 years maybe i will stop coming here because of bad service and waiting time.
