★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's nice: fish head noodle, fish slice noodle, chicken slice hor fun, tong shui, yam cake, chee cheong fun with curry. So far for all the food that I have tried, the taste, portion and price deserve 5 stars.
The fish head noodle deserves the highlight. At RM9.50 per bowl, the soup is creamy, not too salty and full of the aroma of the rice wine and the fried fish. It is much better than the famous fish head noodle at the nearby Cheras flats.
The restaurant is located near the Taman Midah morning market, hence parking is rather limited unless you go there after the morning rush. The interior is cozy and spacious. Service is fast and the staff are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars deserved to this home styled Penanglang restaurant. I came around 10am and found this quiet and clean eatery in the busy area of Taman Midah, minutes after walked out from a new brightly lighted new corner restaurant opened recently to catch up the heat of oncoming Chinese New Year 2022.
To those who look for homy environment and courtesy reception kind of home feel, this is the place.
While savoring their food, it was not pure Penang taste, you know what I said, many found in KL eateries trying to benefit from using Penang brand names, are not successful. Why can't good ingredients be used here to prove their skills, and win the taste bud of the whole lots die hard gourmet lovers?
I am still on the hunt trail ?.

Service was quite fast.
However food was only average.
Chicken hor fun portion quite decent with lots of chicken, fish cake, taugeh. However the soup itself is bland.. :/
Also tried the curry mee as the reviews was raving about it. However was bit disappointed. Soup base is plain, has more flavour after mixing in the chili shrimp paste.
FEI PO curry mee at taman tayton much nicer.
Tong Sui was quite nice, will be back for tong sui.
