Been using their services for the past 13 years
Although their schedule are so packed on Saturdays, they still showed up to service and worked up to 8.30pm.
Now I have to take a day off on weekdays for them to come service my air condition units because they are really good & professional.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service. Same problem occurring with the air cond after just over a month changing the compressor as advised by them which cost us RM500+. They said there is warranty but now when we tell them the air cond is having same problem, came to check and said its not the compressor but gas leaking and need to repair about RM400++. Ridiculous when it's the same problem occurring previously and now. Wonder whether they know what they are doing or they are thinking we are brainless. My sister already told me previously they are not honest but I thought it's my sister opinion. Now I am sure they are really not being honest. Never recommend them nor will use their service anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ Contacted them for first time to perform overhaul cleaning for 3 aircond units. Extremely impressed by the service provided. They were quick (without rushing / taking short-cuts) and thorough. Price was reasonable. Will continue to use their service when required.

โ โ โ โ โ Had engaged CTL for air cond leaking problem. House was rented out for tenant, so am not there when they came for checking,only tenant was there. After checking, received phone call and told compressor not working well, causing leaking. Informed that change compressor will cost rm1000, change cheapast new 1HP aircond will cost rm1150. Since price was expensive, decided to engage another shop (SHOP B) who was selling the same aircond model plus installation at rm920. CTL charged me rm80 for checking. Next day SHOP B come to install new aircond, checked and told that the previous aircond still working, leaking is because of the pipe burst outside. Problem can actually be rectified just by changing the pipe. However, no choice have to install new one since already pay for the new aircond and the person already came to install with the new aircond. Called back CTL and ask, only then they say they also noticed pipe burst but just didn't tell me. They say because the compressor seems old already, possibility of not working in the next few months, but actually still functioning. So generally, not a trustworthy shop, trying to persuade you to spend more by not disclosing more about the choices/option. If I didn't engage shop B for new aircond installation, i wouldn't have known. Tried to seek clarification from the boss of CTL, however the worker at the shop kept saying their boss was not in, they'll feedback to their boss. Anyhow, still never had any reply from the boss. My advise is unless you know more about aircond problem and prices, then only consider them. Otherwise don't think they're trustworthy and generally the aircond prices/charges are higher if compared to others. The rm80 checking price was reasonable as that's the market price of going to the house to check, but please be honest and provide service which is worth that value.

โ โ โ โ โ I made an appointment to maintenance my 3 number of airconds on last week. The service team arrived my home as per schedule. Their service was reliable and up to my satisfaction. Most important is the price was reasonable. Recommended for those who need aircond servicing

I has purchase 1 ceilings air-cond with this shop, n been told has Warrenty 5yrs for compressor, and after two years i was having problem with my air-cond, has contacted them at 1st, say will come to have a look 1st on next day, but i been waiting the time they given was not coming, so i call them again to ask, And they're giving me alot of excuses not taking over this and that, and ask me to contact daikin to settle the problem Myself
