★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took very long (more than ah hour) for food…well understaff!!! Wanted to have some strawberry smoothies but I was warned that it would take 15mjn per drink because not enough staff…. It is no point to offer food on the menu but it could be delivered in an acceptable time…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw one of their staff (Indian girl) adding some sort of powder instead of using pure fresh milk for their lattes. When asked, she said that's always how they make their coffee, which I know is not the case. Because I've been there several times, their other staff always assure me that their lattes are added with fresh milk. Plus, this staff is not very friendly, she talks and behaves like she is not very happy for some reasons, in short rude, grumpy and impatient. Hope there can be some training to their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody even bother to clear the table and sorrounding after more than 20minutes sitting in. This place more like a expensive food court environment. Very bad hygiene and poorest service ever experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hope that upper management can get more staff. Night shift only two person hard to manage a big crowd and hence service might be slow... but the two ladies were friendly. Decent coffee and great cakes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is absolutely great, the assistant operation manager Ms. Nesamalar assist me patiencely and in helping me to choose my drinks from the menu as I am confuse in making decision due to variety food selection from the digital panel, and I have my most favourite drink the Fresh Lemon Green Tea, kudos and appreciate it very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars for staff behaviour and helpfulness. We had English breakfast, but I think management did not train their staff properly in giving or preparing condiments such as butter, sugar and creamer for customers consumption. We had to keep asking do you have butter, sugar and creamer. Food was so so as well. Can be improved much better, ambience of cafe is great just improve more on the food quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure if the worker here is in which mood. Whn ordered they mentioned will send to us, however we were waited for around 45 minutes which puzzled and went to check.. surprisingly, the food were actually done and was just left there without sending up..
Yet they said cause no ppl that's why no sending..
Then should tell us to self collect and not leaving it there for not even knowing how long it has been place there.. somemore now covid time.. pls understand and inform if u can't sent up in advance.. I dunno that u are not able to send up at all.. :(
