β β β β β I used to like the pastry from here childhood fav. But now it's getting disappointing day by day. They are the pioneer in the industry but now it's declining. I love their old school chicken floss bun, BBQ meat bun & etc. Look at the chicken floss, it's wet and it's so little almost a thin mere line. Will not go again.

β β β β β Egg tart RM2.60 and donut RM2.90. Love their donut coz it is so soft. I think it would be even better if they coated their donuts with less sugar (since many customers nowadays are health conscious). Staff should be trained to minimise the usage of plastic bag by asking customers if they could put all their purchases into one single plastic bag, for eg 5 items into 1 bag instead of 5 items into 5 separate plastic bags.

β β β β β They still sell Chinese pastries, breads and cakes. I have a few complains though. The egg tart was...watery? It wasn't as rich and decadent as it used to be. The other things is everything is prepacked in plastics. No options for no plastic in this day and age where one-time-use things are frowned upon. The other Chinese pastries (flat cylindrical shaped with pork, and siew pao) were fine. Based on the pricing, i guess the cakes are still reasonably priced but i did not taste them. So, I can't say if it is worth the money even if it was cheap (side note, they usually hire secondary grads with no experience. Your stuff are usually made less than professionally and that's why it can be quite inconsistent)

β β β β β Poor customer service. The outlet had quite a number of staffs. There were 2 counter, no one was in queue either counter, I asked to take away a cake + some bread with me. While I was in Q a man came up to pay. So I let him be since my cake is not ready. When my cake is ready the girl told me to go the counter to pay as they are closing one counter. There was no counter close sign and I was the only one why couldn't they take my payment before closing. There was 4 people in Q at the other counter and I have to Q again. It takes 6 minutes 35 seconds before my turn to pay, and after me there were at least 6 customer in Q.

β β β β β My favourite here are the egg tarts n pies. Their pastry, cakes n bread also nice. Recently I was surprised n delighted when I happen to go on 1/1/2022 to get some egg tarts.
I found out that if I join as member, I can get buy 1 free 1 offer every first of each month. Wow! I bought 4 n ended up with 8 egg tarts to my delight.

I liked the siew pau. Didnβt like the chicken pie. Egg tart was okay. No comment on the donut.
Parking can be hard to get during peak hours. Seems popular outlet so sometimes gotta wait outside for your turn to go in and purchase. SOP compliance

β β β β β Huge selection of cakes and bread!! Comfortable shop and a lot more choices compared to Damansara uptown outlet. Bread lover will have a great time here. I have a hard time to choose which bread to get. Price range is affordable.
Quite crowded despite its only 1030am in a Saturday Morning. SOP compliance. ??
Highly recommended!
