Service was really slow, one of the guy that seems like one of the boss saw us numerous times but did not even mind to clear the table. He only took orders while the other only waitress did literally everything else. We waited for quite sometime
As for the food, there were only 2 chefs and we had to wait for more than half an hour. However the main dish was quite nice, but the appetizers were only average.

β β β β β Worth it. Super hidden gem. Would not have even noticed this place hard it not been for a friend's recommendation .. Tom yum was good and generous. The som tum was so so. Pad kra pow was yummy. Didn't try the salted baked fish. Will come back for that with a bigger crowd

β β β β β If you're looking for authentic Thai Food then Baan Korat is a place to go. They serve Thai Claypot steamboat, Tomyum Kung claypot noodles. You can also order individual dishes such as Thai Green Curry, Seafood Tomyum, PadKraPao and many more. It is definitely a good place to dine with friends and family. PS: The restaurant owner is nice and friendly as well.

Four stars for food, portion, price, and taste.
One star deducted for drinks and environment.
Tomyam seafood Rm35: ????
The taste of the soup is good, and I love the kick of spiciness you can see the amount of tissues we used, and the seafood portion bigger than I thought, 5 prawns, 6 clamps, and sotong, with mushrooms for two pax.
Pad Kra Pow Rm20: ?????
(not sure with the dish name) My favorite of the day, flavorful than what itβs look, it is definitely a rice killer. Reasonable portion.
Kailan pork Rm22: ???
The taste is fine, portion is fine too, just that the kailan itself taste bitterness, maybe should learn how to buy a younger kailan, still good, looking forward to improve the vegetables.
Environment: ??
The air ventilation is not good. It is always oily and smoky after the chef cooked something. For indoor temperature, not cold and not hot for a normal tshirt.
Overall satisfied, Iβm happy I accidentally found here, the boss very friendly. Total price Rm83 included rice and drinks.

Ambience : 4 stars (due to no aircond but there were many fans). Boss will play great classic songs to let customers enjoy their meals.
We ordered the thai mama mee (pork and seafood) and moo ping. Absolutely tasty!

β β β β β Absolutely perfect!! Ordering, time taken for food preparation, taste, and customer service wise, everything was fantastic. You wouldnβt imagine a simple basic place like this to deliver. The owner and the staffs are all so friendly and polite. Always with smiles.
Iβm okay with the fans and warm environment. I donβt like aircond when eating. Donβt want food to go cold fast. If i donβt sweat with thai food, itβs not good food..lol. Anyway, the owner said he is going to fix some coolers soon. Thank you very much for the humble food and serve :) Loved it!

β β β β β Unfortunately even with the other reviews, I was disappointed with the place because we were really expecting authentic Thai food.
I'll just state what I ordered.
Moo Ping was full of fat and fried target than grilled. Perhaps frozen standard types as well. I took one and did not finish the rest.
Tried the Tom Yum soup, was too sweet for my taste and not spicy enough.
Offered garlic pork with rice but tastes just like any other Chinese kopitiam stir fried rice.
Saving grace was the grilled salt fish which was indeed fresh.
Worst thing is we were served stale rice.
Overall it wasn't a very good experience for us and we will not be returning.
