Customer service is super efficient and I didn't have to do much to explain what I wanted, but Elaine understood what I was looking for and created such a beautiful arrangement for my sister's birthday, love it so much! She also engaged with a good delivery service. I'm super satisfied with everything from start to finish!

Received fast respond from Elaine and she was helpful because I booked and need it urgently. She replied with politely and give alot creative idea too. She even delivery and suprised my friend.
