I've been ordering via online(shopee, FB, website) from them repeatedly especially during mco and I'm so happy to receive them everytime! Plants are healthy and pretty, just like the staffs! ????Fret not! Their customer service is very friendly and helpful as well, giving you fast response! Always have a way to win my heart! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operated and managed by a group of young and friendly people. This site another green sanctuary located at Jelutong area. Of course the Farlim site is still operating.
Not from penang, no worry. You can find them at facebook and shopee.com.my
New stocks almost every week, due to high online orders. I still prefer to walk in and appreciate the beauties of mother earth produced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed with the service. ASKED TWICE if i need to pay for delivery to deliver to mainland and the employees keep tell me no i dont have too as they do provide free delivery above RM120 and they will arrange someone to deliver and contact me the delivery time.
End up.. After few hours i received a WhatsApp to tell me i need to pay for delivery fee because they are using lalamove.
Very dissatisfied with the way the employee handle this matter.
Ps : the employee had called and apologise nonumerous time and I've accepted her apology. Also, her boss will deliver for me at a lower fare of RM25, which i have also accepted to settle this.
Sorry the fee should be RM30. Not sure why it was changed but im too lazy to remind them that i was told RM25 instead ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not a huge nursery but a private bungalow at the corner of road with plenty space to put out the plants.
They have a lot of plants and they look well taken care of, really pretty. They sell pots and containers for plants as well as decorations.
Price is quite good, eg some mini pot plants like bear paw are 3 for RM$10 and rarer ones are like RM$12. Depending on plant, price can go higher but still very reasonable.
Staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. A lot of small plant, succulent, bonsai, cactus etc. Suitable to put inside house. For whoever stay in condo or apartment should come and buy from them. They also have shop in shopee. But better buy walk in as i bought plant from shopee before but the plant damage ?
