★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here when I was on holiday recently and I am truly impressed with this gym. Everything, from the reception area, to the changing rooms to the actual gym, is tidy and clean. The design is very appealing and the equipment they have it top-notch (lots of branded cardio machines, free weights and machines)! I was also impressed by how friendly and forthcoming staff were. Especially Amir was super helpful and made sure I knew where everything was.
If you're only in KL for a few days and need a quick workout or if you plan on getting a membership, I can only recommend this place. The location is also very central and easy to reach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to reinvigorate and to detox eating different and healthy foods. They call them superfoods. Nice and dynamic atmosphere with fast service. The food tasted great and the portion was enough. The concentrated juice gave me a nice boost to fight the sore throat I got due to the haze this last days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish they were more clear about the subscription terms in the email. Was charged today for a month but didn’t realise I was subscribed.
Wish they were more understanding too. I haven’t been to the gym before but they were still unwilling to refund me on the day I was charged.
