★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing service for reservation for spa . The Chinese old lady receptionist of the spa was rude and curt Declined the appointment despite gift voucher USD 200 given to my aunt for her bday .
3 rd party credit card payment form as well .
What’s the purpose ?? If a gift voucher is givne the massage should include to that amount .
What’s the purpose of a gift voucher then to cause inconvenience to the customer and payee .
Disappointing service . The spa should jus overhaul their old staff !!
