★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When purchasing products from this store, check the prices before making payment. The staff in this store are rude and do not honor the lower price displayed on the product if there is a price discrepancy between the price posted on the product vs. the price that is reflected on their computer screens at the cashier. When asked why is there such a discrepancy, the supervisor justified by saying that their staff did not have enough time to change the prices so customers have to pay a higher prices based on what is reflected in their systems. Why should customers pay a higher prices due to the inefficiency of staff in this store? The supervisor merely issued a credit note to force customers to purchase other products instead of correcting the mistake by giving the customers a refund. This store's product prices are a bogus, the staff are unprofessional and untrained to handle customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely gave 1star but this time they really deserve it. Service is really poor. The staffs just look at me up and down like i have no money to buy. When i asked he didn’t even turn around the head to answer my question. Other staffs also just laughing between them like they dont have customer to entertain. Im sure will boycotting your store forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupid new sop for the lift. Management do not consider family with twin babies. Imagine i have to carry the babies and husband had to carry the big stroller from P2 via escalator to LG. I asked help from one of the security guards at standing by the lift to help my husband to carry the stroller but he refused. Honestly this is stupid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apparel in this shop were awesome - in terms of the cotton quality and thickness. Never heard of it but lucky to have found it. Very comfortable clothing for infants / kids and an equally grest price. Current promotion entitles you to 18% discount if you purchase RM158 and above of normal priced items. Plenty of varieties to choose from, as well. Very highly recommended. The store manager and staff were equally nice and helpful as well.
