1. When I got in, no one was attending. I have to go and search for the staff myself to ask questions.
2. The staff lack product knowledge. I asked TWO staff on whether if we charged through the charger port on magic keyboard, will it charge only the keyboard or the ipad too. They both answered only the keyboard. Thanks to my swift research on the spot, I then knew for fact that it will also charge the Ipad together. If not I might end up with a product that is not suitable for my usage.
Suggestion: STAFF SHOULD REALLY ASSIST US and have adequate knowledge of the products they sell (Come on. You only sell apple products) Dont expect that all customer do their research before hand.
3. The line at the cashier was long. Not because they are many people, but because the cashier are a bit slow working.
4. I suggest that you provide chairs or at least offer chairs to customer that you see are not in fit condition. Just now, a cancer patient came alone and wanted to buy an ipad mini. But he has to stand to queue and I can here him enduring his pain. I knew he was a cancer patient as someone asked him whether he is ok, he then informed of his condition.
